Workout: Goblet squats and planks.

 Here is a very simple workout, consisting of just two exercises:

  • 10 goblet squats
  • Plank - held for as long as possible
Repeat 10 or more times.

The workout will work your lower body and provide and isometric workout for your core and upper body. Holding the kettlebell away from your body will also help strengthen your biceps.
